Medical products recommended during your consultation are shipped to your address via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 2 weeks.
Overview
Dr. Fausto Pineda's Home Clinic offers two types of delivery depending on the nature of your consultation and any associated medical products:
Virtual/Digital Delivery — All consultation documents, prescriptions, and medical records are sent electronically to your registered email address.
Physical Product Delivery — Any medical products recommended or ordered as part of your care are shipped directly to your home via your local carrier (USPS), with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks.

"In regards to any medical products, deliveries estimated time of delivery (EOD) will be 2 weeks by your local carrier (USPS). For any delays, our Customer Service contact number and email is readily available to address any concerns, and a refund will be considered if the issue cannot be resolved."
What Is Delivered Digitally
After your remote consultation is completed, the following are delivered securely to your registered email:
Consultation Summary & Medical Notes
A written record of your session including Dr. Pineda's findings, recommendations, and follow-up instructions.
Digital Prescriptions
Where applicable, prescriptions issued digitally — subject to local pharmacy acceptance and jurisdiction regulations.
Lab & Diagnostic Referrals
Referral letters or lab test requests if further diagnostic testing is advised.
Medical Reports & Letters
Official health documentation, second-opinion letters, or specialist referrals as discussed during your session.

🔒 All digital documents are sent through encrypted, secure channels. Timeframes begin after session completion and confirmed payment. Check your spam/junk folder if documents are not received within the stated window.
Physical Product Delivery
Where medical products are recommended or ordered as part of your care plan, they are shipped directly to your registered address via your local carrier.
Carrier: USPS / Local Carrier
All physical medical products are dispatched through USPS or the equivalent local delivery carrier in your region.
Estimated Delivery: 2 Weeks (EOD)
Standard estimated delivery is approximately 2 weeks from the dispatch date. Timelines may vary based on location and local carrier conditions.
Accurate Shipping Address Required
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of booking. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Physical Delivery Delays & Refunds
If your physical product has not arrived within the estimated 2-week delivery window, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will investigate the delay with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
⚠️ A refund will be considered if a delivery issue cannot be resolved. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs, weather, public holidays, or incorrect shipping details provided by the patient may not be eligible for a refund.
